Transaction cancellation

1. A purchase made on the Soluna website can be canceled within 14 days from the date of actual receipt of the product, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

2. Cancellation will be made by sending a written request to the email address: Soluna.service.il@gmail.com or via the "Contact Us" form on the website.

3. The refund will be given within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, provided that the product has been returned to the company.

Product return conditions

1. The product will only be returned if:

   • The product has not been used.

   • The product was not damaged or defective.

   • The product is returned in its original packaging and in good condition as supplied to the customer.

2. Products that have been used or returned damaged will not be accepted for refund.

Cancellation costs

1. In the event of a transaction cancellation not due to a defect or inconsistency, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS - whichever is lower.

2. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer only.

3. If the cancellation is due to a defect in the product or due to the delivery of an incorrect product, the return cost will be borne by the company, and the customer will receive a full refund.

Product replacement

1. A product exchange (for a different size/color in stock) can be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

2. The exchange will be made after the original product is returned in accordance with the conditions detailed above, and upon payment of additional shipping fees.

Refund

1. The refund will be given in the same payment method used to make the transaction.

2. No refund will be given for shipping fees paid on the original order.
