After placing and confirming the order, we undertake to start processing it within 2 business days .
Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped via reliable shipping companies or Israel Post.
Estimated delivery times are up to 14 business days. from the date the product is shipped. However, there may be unexpected delays due to various factors, such as congestion at Israel Post, shipping companies, or other factors in the process.

Collection points
Home delivery operates in a limited number of locations. In most cases, deliveries will arrive at a collection point, including post offices.
Standard delivery times to a pickup point range from 7-10 business days from the time the order is confirmed.
The latest date for delivery of the product is until 35 business days From the date the product is shipped.

Home delivery

We also offer door-to-door delivery. With delivery times of 6-10 business days , with an additional charge.

Delays or changes in delivery
In the event of a delay exceeding 35 business days, please contact our customer service. We will give you, at your choice, a full refund or resend the product.
